KwikDraw Dosimeter tubes are custom made to measure Time Weighted Average (TWA) gas concentrations over longer durations. The gas enters the dosimeter tube by the principle of natural diffusion. The sensing chemical in the dosimeter tube changes color if the target gas is present. The length of discoloration is proportional to the concentration of gas in ppm.hrs present in the area. This length of stain can be easily read against pre calibrated measurement scale printed on the tube.KwikDraw dosimeter tubes are convenient, easy to use, pre calibrated tubes that come with a safe tube holder. Customers just have to break the tube and place it in the tube holder. After completion of the measurement period, remove the tube from the tube holder and read the gas concentration directly from the printed scale on the tube.

KwikDraw Smoke tubes are tailor made to test the performance of ventilation systems in buildings, leak detection around doors and windows, etc. These tubes consist of ampoules, which when crushed and air allowed to pass through, produces a visible aerosol plume of white smoke.

Two variants of KwikDraw Smoke Tubes are available:
Non-Corrosive Smoke Tubes: These tubes are used to produce non-corrosive gas and are used where human presence is high. These tubes are used to identify air flow patterns and leaks in mine shafts and tunnels, commercial buildings, and industrial processing plants.

Corrosive Smoke Tubes: These tubes are used to produce corrosive gas and are used where human breathing or presence is very low. These tubes are used mainly for ventilation checks, testing the performance of fume hoods, and breathing apparatus fit testing.

Activated Charcoal and silica gel sorbent tubes are suitable for active sampling of organic gases and vapors such as amines, alcohols, ketones, esters, etc. in the ambient air when used in combination with a suitable pump. They consist of sealed glass tubes filled with accurately weighed, high quality sorbents.

KwikDraw PID Pre-Filter tubes are used to filter volatile organic compounds from an air sample and only allow Benzene/ Butadiene to pass through for a Benzene/ Butadiene specific measurement. These tubes are generally used in conjunction with a PID based gas monitor allowing Benzene/ Butadiene specific measurements. They are available in a variety of specifications enabling them to be used with most of the popular PID instruments available in the market.

During fire accidents, some chemicals such as fluorine gas, perchlorate salts like ammonium perchlorate or chlorine trifluoride, act as oxidizers, sometimes more powerful ones than oxygen itself. Industrial sets are designed for the rapid detection of 4 to 5 gases/ vapors. Sets comprise of tubes with two scale marks for semi-quantitative assessments using one tube at a time.
