Uniphos team expertise featured in May

The extensive knowledge of our Uniphos Envirotronic Inc. (UEI) team was illustrated in May through articles in two well known industry publications: Safety+Health and OH&S Magazine.
Dr. R.C. Naik is the Chairman & Technical Director of our parent company, Uniphos Envirotronic Pvt. Ltd. (UEPL), one of the leading manufacturers, suppliers and exporters of gas detection & monitoring equipment in India. Since joining UPL in 1992, he has been responsible for developing phosphine detection devices by setting up the laboratory, research facilities, and hiring and training the technical manpower. He has written more than 100 research papers and articles. His research on Air Monitoring for Health and Safety of Industrial Workers was featured in the May issue of OH&S Magazine.

His extensive research experience is unsurpassed in the industry and our entire team benefits from his expertise,” said UEI CEO Brent Yaschuk. “He has 58 years of research experience and has written over 100 research papers and articles. We are so fortunate that he chose to join UEPL in 1992 and has contributed to new product development over the past 15 years.”
Meanwhile, our Global Product Manager Ed Ligus wrote a white paper on Confined Spaces that was featured in the May issue of Safety+Health. Ligus has over 34 years of experience in the gas instrumentation and gas detection fields. His professional accomplishments include working for the AIHA Real-Time Gas Detection Systems Committee, the ISEA Gas Detection Committee to publish the ISEA Statement on Validation of Operation For Direct Reading Portable Gas Monitors.
