Sample Extraction and Conditioning System or Membrane based Sample Conditioning System

“Membrane based sample conditioning system is for dry sample extraction. This is needed where highly soluble and corrosive acidic gases are present in the sample to be extracted. It reduces the dust load and moisture content in the sample to transport it to CEMS without a heated sampling line. This reduces the running cost of the overall system. The system is specially designed for extracting highly corrosive gases like HBr, F2, HF, HCl and Cl2 from the stack. The system can be directly mounted on the stack with the flange connections and is used where the stack temperatures are <100°C and where very low dewpoints are necessary. The power required to run the system and the necessary communication is established from the CEMS through a cable running between them. “
