Uniphos Ansidine Value Meter
The Uniphos p-Anisidine value meter is a light weight, low cost, microprocessor-based instrument tailor made for the measurement of p-anisidine value of edible oil. It operates on the principle of optical absorption to determine the anisidine value. The chemical analysis method of p-Anisidine Value determines the amount of aldehydes (principally 2-alkenals and 2,4-dienals) in animal and vegetable oils and fats. This easy-to-use battery-operated instrument features an intuitive user interface and has in-built data logging facility as standard.
