Mr. Mukul B Trivedi

Mr. Mukul Trivedi is part of the Corporate team for the last four decades. He joined UPL in 1978 as Chief Accountant. Since 1984, he acts as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. He is a rank holder Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Cost Accountant. He has been a part of various capital raising issues made by the Company since it became public and made its first IPO in 1986. He takes care of all secretarial and direct and indirect taxation matters of the Company. He ensures compliance of all secretarial matters and adherence to strict corporate governance standards for the Company. He deals with different authorities like SEBI, the Registrar of Companies, the Stock Exchanges, etc.
