How It Works

  1. Gas enters the sensor chamber via a mesh-protected inlet.
  2. A Joule heater elevates the gas to specific thermal conditions.
  3. The system measures the thermal properties of the gas.
  4. Environmental parameters (temp, humidity, pressure) are factored in real-time.
  5. Gas type and concentration are identified and output via smart classification algorithms.

Resulting in stable, accurate %LEL readings with no need for gas-specific settings or external filters.
